We have updated and added a network check that will let you know when the app is having problems due to a slow internet connection. 11/03/2021: We have also added an offline mode for our rural area. Hello, and thank you for the feedback. We have updated the app and it no longer searches for the word "ingredients". We have found new avenues to pull the correct information from food packaging. Thank you for making the app better Dev Team
