  • Last update made it so you have to pay for everything!!

I got this app for free awhile ago. And everything on it was free. font styles, background colors, widget sizes and everything. I liked that the app was free and all the features were free. You don’t find that very often with apps because you have to pay for most apps like this. However, I haven’t used the app in awhile because I don’t always need a sticky note on my Home Screen. This morning, I opened the app to create a sticky note to remind myself of something and I see that I can’t even change my background color, font style, widget size or anything without having to pay. Every time I go to change anything a window pops up that’s says I have to pay 3$ just to change the dang color. Like don’t get me wrong 3$ is cheap but I can also write my notes down on a piece of paper for free… I will save my 3$ and delete this stupid app.

  • How to multi note - Got it!

I was looking for a way to label each home screen on my iPhone. Thought I would give this a try, and initially had some trouble figuring out how to make different notes a widget. Watched the tutorials and discovered to do this. 1 Key, rename the note to something easy to remember. 2 Then add a widget to the new page which will look like the same widget as before, which is confusing. 3 Then long hold to edit that widget and turn on “set with name”. 4 Then type in the name of the note you want as the widget and Voila! Your correct note will now appear as the widget. Looking forward to using this app to categorize each page on my phone. Thank you!

  • Happy to support Tyler, but…

I purchased this app a couple of weeks ago because I wanted to support Tyler’s efforts, and I find digital S Notes helpful. However, I gave up on it after buying because of time constraints, and being tricky to use. I had time, so I figured out how to use it today, but it’s either missing features that I would like it to have, or I haven’t learned how to use it completely. I have no regrets about supporting Tyler, though, and I would be thrilled to change my review in the future if some improvements are made.

  • Works, but frustrating

I like the list mode of this app, but I don’t like that it is so difficult to move the new list to your Home Screen. The app makes it easier to create a new note within the app. Then when you are ready to move the note to your Home Screen, it is impossible. The only way to get a note on your home is to move start it there, which is counterintuitive to how the app naturally works. Then if you do have a new note on the Home Screen and you want to change the title from the default “sticky widget” it removes your note from the home screen and replaces it with a blank note. Also, this blank note does not have the new title either. It does the job, but if I have to hunting for my notes, it’s not really as helpful. Considering looking for something else that fits my needs better and doesn’t waste so much of my time.

  • Last update has a big bug!

Wonderful app but the last update does not always allow a note to be modified and saved. Sometime yes and mostly NO! Normally you press save twice - once half screen and then full screen. Now mostly you never get to the full screen save and the first half screen save doesn’t save any changes. Please fix this SOON!

  • Can’t add to Home Screen

I was looking for an app we’re I could have reminders as widgets on my home screen, and this one looked great. The only problem is I’m not able to add it to home screen. I click the button to add widgets and this app just doesn’t show up. I did exactly what it showed in the short demonstration video, but this app just doesn’t show up on mine. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, so any help would be appreciated. Otherwise, it seems like a great and helpful app!

  • Seniors

I am 60 years old and have found this app to be very useful in creating to-do-lists. The directions weren’t too difficult for a none techi person like me (my first computer was a Tandy in ‘95). Still I eliminated one star for not being able to make separate post-its (or I can’t figure it out). I don’t want this elongated note on my screen. A few post-its would invite more usage and a better recommendation to my friends. Thank you though.

  • ADHD Lifesaver

Wow, they really are just like sticky notes. No fuss, no opening and closing an app and searching through other notes, they’re just on your screen. I have a whole Home Screen page that’s just layered sticky notes and it’s super helpful. Personally, I bought the upgrade and found it well worth it, the gradients are cool (try dragging the dots around btw) and it feels nice to support this app’s developer. And even better, it’s not a monthly/yearly subscription!!! Many thanks to the dev, and if you’re the kind of person who covers your house in sticky notes, now you can take them with you!

  • Sticky Widgets r disappearing

I would prefer to contact app support to discuss rather than via a review but cannot find a way to do so. We use the app to make grocery list or notes as reminders while out and about. For the last few months some notes (those used most often) just disappear, not to b found anywhere. If we cannot find solution soon I will find an alternative. Have loved them since first came out but am losing patience quickly.

  • One Too Many Lost Notes

Been using this for a few months. I loved the concept and got the paid version right away. But I’ve just lost too many notes now, and I’m finally walking away.

I’ll have a note on my home screen for a few days/weeks/whatever, and when I tap into it, everything would be gone. I tap done and it’s back to yellow default. Gone. Even if I go find the app and look at the stored notes.

I let that happen 4 times, hoping it was just an odd glitch, but that’s plenty of chances. Sorry man.
