Was fine until it wasn’t
App was working as intended until one day it just closes when you try to open it. I tried deleting then redownloading but it still just closes out. This was the main app I was using but now I have to download other ones as the schedules on their website is more confusing than the app because it doesn’t show the times for all the stops

App won’t stay open
I’ve been using this app for many years, recently have not been able to access it. Even tried reinstalling it. Would love to see this up and working again.
Works well for me — I rely on it
I take the bus frequently and use the app to time my walk to the bus stop, and figure out if I should take the next bus or the one after it.
Only once in a very great while does it cause me to miss a bus. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer, but I am impressed by how accurate it is with busses that have to deal with all kinds of passenger, traffic, and equipment issues.

Good app
Easy to find stops near me! A better alternative than bart for shorter distances.
Most times are wrong
Works ok sometimes but will often show extremely wrong times
It’s common for it to show 1-3 minutes but then the bus doesn’t even move for another 15
This can even be dangerous, especially when waiting at night

Crashes
Won’t open and immediately exits on my iPhone 12 with iOS 17.1. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I tried turning my phone off and back on.
Since update won’t work
I’ve been using this app for years and since it forced me to update it now doesn’t load. The app is already sketchy as it is, but now it’s unusable
Embarrassing, unusable, disappointing
The functionality of this app is so simple and yet it is always down or displaying incorrect information. Then there’s the experience. Clearly not a single person involved uses this system. The new issue today is, it refuses to load. Can one thing in this city work correctly?
