Broken app
I hate to rate this app one star because it’s one of my favorite apps. However, it’s pretty much completely broken, and as another review says, the email address provided for support does not work.
I bought the pet care package and it’s done nothing. That’s my money just… Gone.
The online leaderboard is broken. It doesn’t load.
And I bought ad-free way back, but according to another review, ads won’t load.
This breaks my heart because I love my pets, I’ve had them for over a year, and I don’t want to see this app go down.
Devs, can you please, please fix it?

Please help my pets
I’m not sure how else to ask for help about the app so I’m coming here. My last 2 emails to the support account have been declined with no explanation why and I miss my pets. For the last 3 WEEKS I have not been able to watch any ads to get 10 Care Actions. The app keeps saying that I am not connected to any networks to provide said ad’s when I’m actively standing in my home connected to my wifi. I thought that by deleting the app and redownloading it that would help the problem but now I can’t even get into the app. I don’t know how to reset anything and now I’m permanently locked out of the app. SOMEONE HELP ME FIX THIS I love this app.

I’ve had my pet for 3 years, I’ve always watched ads to get new care actions. Suddenly, this doesn’t work, ads just won’t load?? I’ve used up all the care actions in my inventory and am about to lose my pet of 3 years. ALSO I’ve tried contacting you multiple times but your email doesn’t even work so hopefully this 1 star gets your attention.

I need support but my emails don’t go through
I don’t know how else to reach the devs… I usually purchase the pet care package every 60 days but it’s not working anymore and my emails to support get bounced back
Ads not working atm
The app won’t load any ads so you can’t get any care actions for the pets

great- but just a couple things to fix
I love this game! It’s awesome and makes me genuinely happy. The one problem, however, is that there’s a bug when I go to customize my pet’s widget. Instead of being able to select an image as background, the reset button is right on top of the image icon, so whenever I try to use an image for background, it just resets whatever color i had chosen before. Very annoying, please fix!! Then one more thing, the color slider for a colored background on the widget is very small, so whenever i try to get a shade of light pink or any light colors, it ends up being yellow or something because the circle is so tiny. I tried using the sliders, but the color you select is already the lightest shade of that color. It makes it really hard to customize the widget, so sometimes I just give up entirely and my pet runs away because I forgot about it. The widgets are helpful for the most part, though.

I am about to download this app in a few days. I had it in the past and each time I try to select my birthday. It just kept on kicking me back to the home screen but it’s better now I have requested a refund on some of my other products that I have purchased in a few days I will re-download this app. The only thing that I wish you could change is like the pets could die to make it more realistic like running away is fine, but I think if your pet gets too hungry or too thirsty, it will die and if it gets sick, it will die too. That’s what happens in real life and besides, if it gets too hungry or thirsty it make it to week.

So I was really excited to get this app but when I tried to open it after a few seconds it says my iPad isn’t connected to the internet even tho it’s is??? Please help 🥺
Great app but..
This app is great but, there’s one thing that’s not great. When your pet needs something and you’re out of coins if you try to pick the ad option it won’t always load. While you wait for it to load the percentages of the certain need or needs will go down still. If the pet’s certain need or needs was low to begin with, it’s not the best to deal with. I know it can be hard to get ads for rewards right away but it can still make you a little nervous if the ad doesn’t load and your pets needs are low, that’s the only thing that seems to be not the best with this app.
