Can’t even register. Every time I put in email it says sending failed.

I bought a photo frame for my girlfriend for xmas and no one in the family can get this stupid app to work. We can’t even create an account. Don’t buy any product that uses this app, save yourself the hassle.

Fix this please
I purchased a kodak digital frame for my mother. It runs off of this app and when I open the app to register my account, the app crashes. I tried multiple emails and different devices and it fails every time. This app makes my frame useless if it doesnt work.

Tried on multiple devices. Doesn’t work on any of them. Went to maxtdigital for support and got a 404 error
