App won’t let me register
App isn’t able to send an email to confirm my email address so I can’t even use the app, making the gift I gave completely useless and ruined a gift. Will have to return and buy something else. Tried multiple times over multiple days and nothing. I don’t normally leave reviews but this has been so frustrating I had to warn others.

Can’t register
Can’t use the kodak frame i bought since the app will not let me register. Everytime i try to register for an account, when the system should be sending me an email for authentication purposes, the app says “sending failed”. I wish kodak was more careful with their products.

Won’t even let me sign up for a login to load photos on it very disappointing
Unable to register account
It doesn’t work. No phone support. If each of us who want to upload photos to this product have to contact an email customer support and hope that they might someday answer, it’s unlikely that we will ever use it. Embarrassing Christmas gift.
Sending failed
Unable to register as a user to login in, shows as “sending failed”. Please fix ASAP

Horrible App. Can’t verify signup email.
Can’t get past verification email for signup. Gives error on multiple attempts. Deleting app and returning frame as a result.

Crashes
App constantly crashes when trying to upload photos - so disappointed as this was a gift which I was looking forward to using

App just crashes everytime you try to upload something. Wifi enabled photo frame… no point.
