Don’t install or buy this application
After subscribing to it, I found that my iPhone wouldn’t stand up straight to allow the camera to utilize the app. They bill you directly from your credit card and you can only cancel by email. Don’t do it, it’s a scam. Just skip this one and go with something else. F U Jen at Tuby!
SCAM - the app will charge you after deleting the account
I got the app through Instagram so I didn’t see the reviews. It was glitchy so I decided to cancel. The app gives you a clear option to delete the account but it will continue to charge you. You have to cancel the plan separately by emailing. Evidently designed to trick payments out of people. Avoid, avoid, avoid

This app is completely unusable. I have been trying to cancel the recurring payment (which I was not made aware of when I signed up) for 2 months now and still got not any reply from customer services.
You cannot do anything in the app and the only way to contact is via email which they do not respond to.
Please do not fall for this scam like I did!

Can’t redownload app, still being charged
I they keep trying to charge my cc. I can’t get on the app itself to cancel the subscription and the subscription isn’t available through Apple. I don’t want to keep paying 70+ dollars for an app I can’t access.
No reminders, no warning - and no simply way to cancel subscription
Yet another app that I like to call “adhd tax” - we sign up and forget about the app until the money eventually gets taken months later. Doesn’t even show up in subscriptions on the App Store.
Update: emailed a request to cancel on 13th September. It’s now 17th and I’ve not had any reply. Literally no way to cancel subscription other than email. Super big red flags at this point…

Should never have signed up!
Has anyone figured out how to cancel!!! ??? Its impossible and they are taking a whole heap of $$
Tuby App renewal.
I had not been using the Tuby app after purchasing first time due to lack of space.
Was just billed $72 for app I’m not even using. I reached out to them immediately to cancel and get refund for this newly billed $72. They told me they have a no refund policy. I told them I did not even know it was up for renewal as I don’t use it. They did not send out any notice prior to renewal. They finally offered a 25% refund and told me I can use til end of term. I cannot even log back in to use it as I have already deleted my account and cannot use it. Not sure how long it will take to even get the 25% back if at all. Please beware !

Impossible to Cancel Subscription
Do not sign up, as it is impossible to cancel the free trial, and then they charge you a mountain of money every month, and you can't cancel the subscription! It's been two months, and I am not getting any reply from emailing them. Do not sign up!

Paid first year and didn’t use it after for much they auto renew which I wasn’t expecting as a year is long time to remember certain conditions and when you actually purchased - I got no email to pre warn that they were taking the money and can’t get a refund due to their no refund policy - basically their lack of communication just cost me £55
