Doesn’t work

Been trying for a year to get into app but always get message that it doesn’t work. Called 3 times and was told that app was being improved and would be up soon. Never has happened. So frustrating. Shouldn’t have to call them every month.

Doesn’t work

Can’t get in and when I get in on the browser there’s nothing to see. I want to be able to access my account info without making a phone call.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Germania is in the process of updating our mobile app to provide a better experience. It will be available soon. In the meantime, you can use the browser version, which has the same features as the mobile app, by going to https://policyholders.germaniaconnect.com.
