Awesome service

I was travelling in Asia and by mistake as i had deleted my old sim my top up wasnt working for roaming data. The helpful folk at Alosim took a few hours through email to figure out the pfoblem and even installed a new sim for me to get the service restarted ! Out standing customer service ! Alo sim in India

We travelled throughout India, Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Goa, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu and Kerala - I was able to make phone calls easily back home in Canada. Reliable service and I would definitely recommend it to others

Great value

Great value data sim for holiday. Set up instructions very clear. Very helpful that they warn you when you are about to run out of data so you can top up free from fuss.

Excellent Support

Hanna was exceptionally helpful and since I'm not the greatest with technology it was appreciated. My son always says my PC problems are between the chair and the keyboard. He's no longer in my Will !!

We have used other eSIMs. However the installation process was complicated and very frustrating. Alo’s instructions are clear and much easier to install. I also like the ability to phone, however I have not tried it yet. I recommend this app.

Excellent User Experience!

I’ve been using aloSIM for a few years now and absolutely love it. When I accidentally topped up an eSIM I had already deleted off my phone, or bought the wrong package, aloSIM customer support always came through with crediting me so my money isn’t wasted. Data usage tracking in the app is also helpful. Some of my friends use Airalo, but I personally find aloSIM a better experience 😊
