EDIT: The most recent update includes an in-app toggle for switching between light and dark mode. Find it in the top-right "hamburger" menu. By default, Atom 2 respects the iOS dark/light mode switch. You can go to Control Center on iOS and toggle between the two modes. Every other host will update immediately, but the most recent AUM update forces all audio units into dark mode.
Needs better velocity editing
This is good, but the it really needs a more user friendly way of editing the velocity. If we can just freely draw on a velocity lane it would really speed up workflow

Great UI, tons of new features, rock solid, so 5 stars.
I’m not going to deduct stars for this as I’m sure they’ll arrive eventually, and there’s been a lot of work put into building the app so it would be mean to do so, but the lack of tutorials and documentation is frustrating.
Update: docs now provided, so will dig in and enjoy the new update!

EDIT: With the latest update, a user manual is now available. Find it in a clip's app menu ("hamburger" button in the top-right). Thanks for the nudge on making more tutorials and a comprehensive manual. A group of volunteers and I are all working hard on it!
Issues
The first day I purchased the app it worked fine.. ever since then when I add notes to the piano roll the notes don’t play..any suggestions ...all my settings are accurate
Works as advertised, seems like exactly what I needed
I even rebooted the iPad after install, and AUM and AudioBus both agree that this doesn’t appear to be available. Not as an audio unit extension, and not as an inter-app audio device. I’m going to try to uninstall and reinstall it and see if that fixes the issue.
EDIT: I’m an idiot! It’s a MIDI controller, not an input source! Duh! Yeah this is fine, that was totally my bad. Great job!

Super Responsive Developer
At launch there were some responsiveness issues and Apple Pencil didn’t work well, but the developer has been very responsive to feedback and rectified my initial concerns far faster than I expected. I have a lot of trust future support of the app because of this. This is a good investment!
The best
I use my iPad Pro for music production, video production and photo editing. So that being said I have purchased a lot of apps and never once wrote a review but I love this app. While I’m here if the developer so happens to see this review is it possible to bring back the time stretch feature. Great app!
