Terrible support
I don’t think this app has any sort of support team. Or if they do, they’re seriously lacking. I sent an email regarding an issue and haven’t gotten a response in over a week. They don’t have a phone number for customer support and the app is generally hard to navigate

Typical Apple
As usual, Apple charges for their “free” app. Apple is always implementing new and exciting ideas that Android has already had on the market truly free for decades, while Apple’s version is highly inferior and is only free if you don’t use it for anything at all, ever.
