Love the new app it’s super fast and easy to navigate through. I have facial login and almost instant access to my accounts at deere. Awesome credit union great to have there support whenever I need it.

Good but lacks some feature the old app had
Great looking update but lacks the ability to setup reoccurring transfers between members and other banks. Have to contact DECU to manages changes like this.
Enjoying the New App!
This is a fantastic iteration on DECU’s previous application. I’m enjoying every aspect of it. I feel like I have so much more control over my money without needing to contact the bank. The app is fast, intuitive, and beautiful! Face recognition is such a plus, too!
Checks deposit

It’s ok
The old app used to show all purchases immediately. This one does not. It’s not a bad app. Just a small flaw.
Outstanding
I live over 800 miles away from the nearest branch, but you’d never know it. The service is outstanding and this app is proof of that. It’s really like having a bank branch in your pocket!
Deposit
It’s very difficult to deposit a check. I’m having a hard time capture the back of the check. It took multiple attempts before the check got through the system. Very frustrated.
Acclimating To The New Layout
At first I was bummed about the new format. I’d been so used to the old version for almost 8 years. I’m getting the swing of things…. It doesn’t seem as easy to pay on loans or transfer, but I trust the tech team behind this and I’m gonna make it work! $zenrasta

Bad
I have had Deere for years because my dad is a mechanic for them. This new app is terrible. And the new customer service isn’t good. I have money in my account and my card keeps getting declined and they’re telling me there is no block! It keeps getting declined and each time I call they say there are no issues with my card and no blocks. The new app takes forever for someone to respond and they also took money out of my debit account to my credit card that I did not authorized. After I ALREADY made the payment a few hours before.
I don’t know what happened with Deere but I’m looking a new bank.
