  • Mobile banking has glitches

    Recently downloaded the mobile app for mobile check deposits. The app is horrible. Kicks you out randomly, so you have to log back in. Takes 3, 4 maybe 5 times to try to deposit a check (each time getting booted back to the log in screen) sometimes I have to wait till the next day to try with fingers crossed. Very frustrating app!!!

  • Poorly executed app

    I have a few other banking apps, and none of them give me the issues that this one does. For starters, every time I want to log in, I have to receive a security code via phone (takes about 30 seconds to finally get to the code when they call you) or e-mail (sometimes takes hours to receive, which is useless). I always log in on the same apple device connected to the same Wi-Fi and I “register the device” every single time I log in, and customers bank sends me emails every time saying the device is registered. Doesn’t work.

    Beyond that, the app is just hard to navigate. It didn’t have basic info like the bank’s routing number listed anywhere. And while I know I can find that online, it’s unnerving when just opening a new account because other banks can have multiple routing numbers and I wanted to make sure I was using the correct one for online bill pay. Why isn’t this info easy for a customer to access like every other banking app/online website that I use? Setting up a bank transfer was overly complicated as well. Makes me not want to use the account, which is a shame.

  • Please update app

    I’m so sick of getting a pass code sent to my text to get into my account. I keep clicking the save this device so that it’s not needed but still it asks for a code. Also I too have had problems uploading checks. I live in NY there are no banks close by to deposit and this is the only way I’m able to. It’s just plan frustrating.

  • Locked my account

    Absolute garbage. Once I finished my application I grabbed the account number and set up online access. Then 2 days later they lock it for absolutely no reason. I got an email saying to call them to unlock it and there is no one at the fraud team. Instead you have to leave your number and a voicemail in which you wait “72 hours” for them to call you back. Called in atleast 5 times and no one has gotten back to me

    No idea what people are complaining about.. my experience with customers bank has been excellent.. some of the best banking features you can get.. and I’ve been with a ton of banks. Fast same-day transfers with generous limits are awesome. The latest app is much better than what they had before.
  • Absolutely horrible bank, even worse app

    I had high hopes when Customers Bank created Bankmobile. Then, after we transitioned to this mobile-first bank, they pulled the rug out from under us, transitioned us to their dumpy, regional bank, and then abandoned the original program. We were stuck with an incredibly dated product, and empty promises of a fancy new app. Unfortunately, what we got was this dumpster fire of an app. It is full of bugs, and I frequently cannot make deposits due to software bugs. The user interface is absolute garbage, probably designed by Donna from accounting. Just stay far, far away. Take your money elsewhere.

    Still won’t mobile deposit checks from the state. You’ve had years to fix this, it’s just pathetic now.

    Makes it so simple to balance ur checking account and also send money.
  • Worst bank app at the date

    The user experience is not user friendly at all. The alert management system is like so no one ever use it. No way to find Anywhere where is the roating number. Payment method through this app simply useless as is the transfer system… I just can’t understand if this app is a bad joke or really this is the best that Customers Bank can offer to his *Customers*… is 2021, almost 2022 already! Hello!!!!???

  • OMG fix your app!

    Leave me in the dark much longer and I’ll be finding another bank to use. You’re a bank. What’s your excuse? Hire someone to fix your broken apps!
