Strongly recommend Starbem for it’s intuitive simplicity and efficiency in booking therapy sessions online. Easy to book and easier to get reimbursed by the insurance company.

Improved my life quality. Highly recommended with a fair price

Starbem has changed my life in Canada. As the therapist has a huge knowledge in therapy, he was able to guide me through many aspects and challenges in my life. As a result, the sessions have contributed significantly in my wellness improvement in a short term. Finally, although the price is much cheaper than the market average, the quality of the therapist is still high standard. I am recommending the app to my family and friends.

Tomem cuidado pois eles pegam sua localização e cobram pela moeda local, ou seja si uma consulta e 29,90, por meia hr, não será 29,90 reais, será 29,90 dólares ou etc… achei um absurdo pois quando deixamos nossos dados eu en nenhum momento coloquei endereço de outro país e meu cartão é do Brasil porém converteram em dólares e me cobraram um absurdo.

Olá, Gouveia@. Não usamos tua localização para cobrança. Nosso app está disponível na App Store dos países: EUA, Canadá, Itália, Irlanda, Portugal, Alemanha e Espanha. Se você baixa seu app no Brasil, a moeda em que a consulta será cobrada será o real. Se o app é o europeu será cobrado em euro, assim como se estiver no Canadá, a cobrança ocorre em dólares canadenses e se está nos Estados Unidos será cobrado em dólares. Sendo assim, como consta que está usando a versão disponível nos EUA, a consulta é cobrada no valor em dólar: $29,90. A conversão em reais aconteceu pois você incluiu um cartão brasileiro para pagamento, que apesar de ser internacional (permite compras fora do Brasil) emite a cobrança da fatura em reais para você. Caso utilize um cartão americano com cobrança de fatura em dólares, o valor da consulta será de 29,90 dólares mesmo. Se pretende utilizar o app no Brasil, recomendamos que desinstale o app americano e instale novamente pela App Store do Brasil. Qualquer dúvida, estamos à disposição!

Just signed up in Canada

I heard that Starbem just became available in the Canadian App Store today. I must say that for a first day availability, this app is very impressive and I am looking forward to my first scheduled appointment with a Counsellor and a nutritionist and I am happy to pay such a reasonable price that I truly can afford to pay. My credit card was processed for $25 with no issues.
