Can’t download app
Just bought the otoscope tool from Amazon but I can’t download the app for some reason
App won’t do anything
My phone shows it’s connected, but the app keeps telling me to connect. I’ve removed it and reconnected, tried turning Wi-Fi off and on. Still keeps telling me to connect. I guess you get what you pay for.

Easy to use and it works
I didn’t have a problem setting up and recording a video of my trying to see in my daughters ear. I couldn’t see all the way in but it worked well. Not sure why so many people having a hard time with it if they have an updated iPhone.

*The company needs to upgrade my Otoscope with another that has BETTER CAMERA for what I paid for this!!

Used to work, now junk
Connected to the camera on my WiFi. App keeps telling me to go to my WiFi settings and connect. Your app is retarded.

Don’t recommend this product and app. No local wifi is available. You can’t even switch languages because you simply don’t understand where to click.
It works but requires local network access
The app works but only if you give it local network access. The website to their privacy policy is broken and doesn’t show anything. It’s worth noting that the App Store says this app doesn’t collect user data. Wish the developer would provide more information.

Pretty cool and easy device to use. I had no issues setting it up on my phone.
