Very bad app and it doesn’t work time waste app
Amazing customer service
I bought two projectors and a number of stories second hand. I emailed customer service and had new activation codes within minutes of sending my email. My 4 year old daughter LOVES it. Such a neat way to make bedtime stories even more special.
Great for kids
My toddler absolutely loves the projection and stories. When 2 of the codes for books purchased were not working the team was incredibly responsive, even after hours, to get it fixed, and were able to do so in an incredibly timely manner. Anyone with toddlers knows this can be important for when one of the stories is their favorite. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is it appears that most times when I turn reel, the projector itself moves, causing me to have to readjust it every time. A minor inconvenience and does not take long, especially if I manually hold down the projector each time I turn it, but would be nice if there was a way the projector itself could be a little more secure so this was not issue. Overall, we have really enjoyed this product though and would buy again.

Great Customer Service
Had an issue with a few of my stories not unlocking in the app. I immediately sent an email to customer service and within minutes heard back. I wasn’t expecting a response back until the next day or a few days later. But I have to say this company really takes care of their customers and for that reason I will be a loyal customer as long as my kids continue enjoying this product. Thank you again for all the help.

Love this product and great customer service
I have a 2 year old daughter who loves this projector. She gets very excited every time I bring it out and she stays focused through the entire story. Her favorite is brown bear brown bear. I have no issues with the app, it is very easy to use.
I lost my codes to upload them to the app and I emailed customer service to see if they could email the codes, they replied within 3 minutes with the codes. Thank you Moonlite!

Fantastic but some minor inconveniences
Absolutely great app. I’ve been using this every night since the beginning of January. I have no problems with it crashing on my iPhone 14 Pro. Just a couple nit picky issues. I read 2-3 story’s a night and at the end of the 12th page I have to take the moonlight device off every time I finish a story because I cannot press the ‘exit’… the device is in the way. Now I have to re-align the device for each story. Last thing is the app picks the lowest flashlight brightness. Yes you can adjust it in the app but it doesn’t go all the way up to the iPhones full potential flashlight brightness. iPhones lowest brightness mode is moonlights max brightness mode. This is just feedback and hope that one of the developers see this :)

My Kid Loves It!
I first purchased a 5-pack of the Frozen stories at Barnes & Nobles. I had not seen anything like this before, so I was unsure if my 2 yr old would be interested. Let’s just say it has upped our bedtime story game! It takes a little adjusting with the iPhone case I use, but once I figured it out, it is very easy to use. The story images blow up like a projector and each story has music and sounds as you read. After ~3 weeks, I just got more stories. Would highly recommend!

Elevate your story time with this awesome tool! I appreciate not having to lug around a huge toy up and down stairs for story time, it’s incredibly convenient to be able to have on the go. The stories are affordable also. The customer service is fantastic, quick to respond and solved my issue nearly immediately. Would be happy to suggest Moonlite to friends and family to enjoy!

My kids love it!
We love our Moonlite projector and the stories we have collected so far. Moonlite had great customer service, as they’ve gotten back to me almost immediately when I have had issues needing troubleshooting. Hoping to collect many more stories as my children love watching and listening to these at bedtime or just when they want a snuggle and story!
