Best Place To Live!
I have lived at The Asher for almost 1 year and it has been the best experience. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The events are amazing. The property is stunning - I mean, wow! I love living here so renewing is an easy decision for us - YES 10x’s over!

I love living here it is going on two years I have no complaints I feel very safe and beautiful upscale apartments and the surroundings totally recommend!
Not working
I can’t get past the tenant info update page, app isn’t working for me after I updated
Still can’t access my account
I contacted flamingo on Dec 13, 2020 about not being able to access my account. The issue still remains.
I missed a very important package for over a week because our apartment does package notifications through this app, and this app developer will not help me access my account
When i try password reset, i get no email. But when i try to create an account, it says the account already exists

App works perfectly, great way to get community together and check out events. Notice the one stars are from December.
Fix the app
Bug - which tells you to keep updating app even after you have updated it.
PS- your tips to “clear cache” don’t work.
I’ve over 100Gb space in my phone,
Have done a hard restart, deleted and reinstalled app. None of them work.

Update
I can’t even update it. And can’t use it unless I update it. So dead loop
Update doesn’t work!
I’ve cleared the cache. I have plenty of memory. Deleted and reinstalled and guess what? Turkey butt, still it says UPDATE!

Still asking to update even thought it’s already up to date. Unable to access any features of the app
