SIDETONE WAAAAY TO QUIET!!!!
I have been a lifelong user of Astro headsets and the A50X is absolutely amazing!! However, I do wish the sidetone was a lot louder then it is. My gen4 A50’s sidetone was really loud and I could hear myself regardless what was in the background. The A50X I can’t hear myself at all while in a game. PLEASE Logitech fix this issue and make the sidetone MUCH louder!!

The app is ok should have updates more often and a option to update my headset to newest firmware to avoid bugs
Criminally dangerous
They don’t care about the children’s ears, all they want is 😠money. Just listen, OR ACTUALLY AVOID, LISTENING TO THEIR ADS: while the kids play games, once the logi G ad comes, the volume is so high that some children have to forcefully take out their headphone and start scratching their ears hoping to repair the damage done by this add (the ad doesn’t even have a mute icon. Purpose, train the children to bomb their ears and get used to high volume noise. Criminal!). Boycotting LOGI G IS A MUST, UNTIL THEY BEHAVE HUMANLY AGAIN. The legal system should intervene here. Other users are also complaining about the volume level. Read the reviews.

Can no longer customise Astro A30
I can no longer customise the settings on my Astro A30. I only got these because I have hearing issues and being able to boost or reduce EQ on either side is important to me for making the audio balanced. Useless to me now. Not worth the money at all.
It’s aight
Good app when it wants to work but 50% of the time my Astro A30’s will be connected by Bluetooth and the app (I will literally be listening to music through them) but the app will say it’s not connected via Bluetooth so basically half the time the app is completely and utterly useless
Not enough options
I own a Logitech G560 and wasn’t offered the option to connect, although I have G-HUB on my computer it would’ve been easier to have it on my phone and much more convenient. I know the quality of G-HUB, but the mobile version needs more options.

Decent
I recently got some A30s maybe 2 months ago. They paired with phone and app with no issue. The process of making custom sound EQs was difficult but wasn’t as easy as it should be. The app feels like it could use some flair and I’m sure there are some features that could be added in too.
