Also sometimes the app doesn’t work when I board. Or takes the incorrect fare. The driver says “everything looks good” on their end, like the route sign is correct etc. but for some reason the app or reader takes more money or doesn’t like my pass…
Because I transfer a lot I like the trip planner. Just wish it was more like transit app. And because I rider regularly I like the convenience of the mobile tickets and the discounts!!

Thank you for contacting us. For now, once you buy a fare through the Umo App for MCTS, it activates immediately! So only buy the fare when you’re ready to board. More functionalities, including the ability to pre-purchase passes, will be available once the full system goes live for MCTS.
