No Street Names

The tracking basically shows you where your truck is. It does not show street names or intersections.
Everytime a door is opened the voltage drop triggers an event making it difficult to track starts and stops.

The map should be on the whole screen as was before. However overall the app is functional enough. 3 stars just for the map.

We are looking at the possibility of having a link to this view embedded in the vehicle page too, which may become available in the future. Need my chargers

I ordered 20 trackers
15 wired 5 wireless for a fair price of $200 monthly
It’s been 8 months iv been with them
The wired units work as needed and software is optimal
Iv contacted customer support on 5 different occasions to get the battery chargers for the wireless units and they continue to promise to mail them as I never received in the first package

Iv been paying $50 a month for these 5 trackers and iv yet to get my charger for the wireless units
So far iv lost $400 due to their neglect to my business as a customer

Disappointing - Same old, same old spiel👎🏻

Promised a lot as they all do but once you’ve signed up nobody wants to talk to you - been waiting months to get our driver checks sorted but nothing happening.
Obviously direct debit works perfectly but that’s where it ends
