Technician no show, management no reply
After 1 hour of calling their “tech department “ I was told that the appointment was actually at 12:30pm. Appointment changed without notice.
At 12:30pm, no one showed up, again after multiple phone calls, someone picked up, I asked for the salesman who scheduled the appointment, he’s unavailable. Then I asked to reschedule the appointment, no one knows when it’s the next available appointment.
They promised a refund but nothing happened. I was told I’ll get a call back, nothing happened.
I sent multiple emails to the salesman, no response.
They’re still charging me for the rental of equipment, just no one will come to install the equipment. Can’t unsubscribe either because I signed a contract. Think twice before you sign any contract with these guys.

Poor performing app.
The system is down a lot, and we often are unable to track our fleet of vehicles. I’m unable to access the app today and have been locked out for around a week so far. I’m now having to log in via my laptop to get access but that doesn’t help when on the move.
Please guys, get this system up to date, it’s 2023 and you guys are miles behind the competition.

Tried removing and installing again but no luck

App won’t load
Screen opens up saying something about email address and goes to a white screen , as it switched almost at same time I can’t even read what issue with email address, on pc operational but app on phone won’t work.
Any idea what issue is as I can’t find anything
