So this new tracking device doesnt give you full accurate route on any of my vehicles im thinking of canceling and going to another company

Technician no show, management no reply

On September 18, an appointment was scheduled for 9:30am, no one showed up. They charged me $265 for the appointment.

After 1 hour of calling their “tech department “ I was told that the appointment was actually at 12:30pm. Appointment changed without notice.

At 12:30pm, no one showed up, again after multiple phone calls, someone picked up, I asked for the salesman who scheduled the appointment, he’s unavailable. Then I asked to reschedule the appointment, no one knows when it’s the next available appointment.

They promised a refund but nothing happened. I was told I’ll get a call back, nothing happened.

I sent multiple emails to the salesman, no response.

They’re still charging me for the rental of equipment, just no one will come to install the equipment. Can’t unsubscribe either because I signed a contract. Think twice before you sign any contract with these guys.

Poor performing app.

Have been using this system for several years and have been continually disappointed by it. The functionality is terrible, the reports are not optimised for mobile device (nor is their main website) despite promises from the company that they have plans to update the system.

The system is down a lot, and we often are unable to track our fleet of vehicles. I’m unable to access the app today and have been locked out for around a week so far. I’m now having to log in via my laptop to get access but that doesn’t help when on the move.

Please guys, get this system up to date, it’s 2023 and you guys are miles behind the competition.

Not working

App now stays on white screen after update…..
Tried removing and installing again but no luck
Now can’t use the app to track our cars….

App won’t load

Since supposed update overnight on 8th March 2023, I have deleted and uploaded app 3 times and get sane problem.
Screen opens up saying something about email address and goes to a white screen , as it switched almost at same time I can’t even read what issue with email address, on pc operational but app on phone won’t work.
Any idea what issue is as I can’t find anything

I have had issues for 3 months and still cannot get any tech support to talk to but they still get paid every month. Worst support I have ever had

Great at saving money

Professional installation guys came and fitted the entire fleet in a day. Had the app for a few months now and find the reporting has saved me loads of admin and we have cut transport costs by 20% since using the information to streamline work and fuel costs. The support when I’ve reached out to the company was also excellent, well done RAM.

No one come back to you

I have been asking for two weeks or more to have the emailNotification removed just want the app notification and no one come back to me either by email or in the chat room ,

At this point the notifications are delivered via email and in-app only

Ram tracking suggestion

Hi - could you add a feature to show where the person using the ram tracking app is located ie a blue dot . We use the app to track our vehicles via our phones but we are often on the move too, so to show exactly where the tracking phone is located would be great.
