I just wrote this review on Delivery experience, I tried to find it and delete it but I can’t. there seems to be an issue with logging in since the recent update. It’s only affecting people that had auto login enabled. New users can get in fine. The older ones that had auto login turned on just get stuck in a loop. It tries to auto login with no credentials, say something went wrong, the just loops forever. Deleting app and reinstalling does not work.Show lessRaejyn

I have the Iphone 11 and for the past 2 weeks i have not been able to login in to the app, to do my inventory just says error over and over againjust fix the problem now plz
App is NOT WORKING! Auto signs in over and over
The app since the update last week has completely crashed the app. It says my login is incorrect, which it’s not. And auto signs me in incorrectly til it’s locked. At the moment the app is completely uselesssuxassapp

This app is trash. Worked until it didn’t. Can’t even login bc auto login keeps bouncing back and forth bc the store number isn’t entered. Also kept zeroing out all uncounted items when I was only doing the nightly count. Fix this garbage asap.Kristian Morgan
Cannot access inventory after update
After updating it deleted my information, without noticing this I hit continue or the equivalent and it now infinitely attempts to sign in with no credentials. Even deleting the app and restarting my phone changes nothing I cannot use the app in its current state.thesmartestalec
Won’t allow me to log n
IOS App used to work fine for me. This last week, however, I have been unable to log in and it gets stuck in an error message loop and I have to close out completely to stop it. Not convenient, I’ll update my review when it’s fixed. Log in
Auto log in is checked but it keeps saying there’s an error and doesn’t recognize me in pulse. It’ll continue to auto log in and tell me the same message over and over again. Can’t stop the auto log in so the app is unusable at the momentpacitoman

The app gives an error when logging in, then immediately backs you back to the login screen, and since I have auto login on, it attempts to log in and doesn’t allow me to press anything. So it just non stop goes back and forth between an error and attempting to log in. Please fix ! this app is broken and unusable to anyone who has the auto login feature.Show lessflowinflorida
App login issues
I try and login to do my count, but for some reason the store number automatically cleared itself from the login. And since I’ve selected auto login a week ago it just stays in a loop where it keeps trying to log me in and not allow me to edit any of the information.GM9650
