I have been in contact with this app several times and have not received one answer from them. Don’t waste your money they don’t reply to help your concerns.
Terrible
Don’t waste your time or money. Terrible app. You can find what their “experts” advise you through a simple Google search; the only difference is google doesn’t take 6 days to respond.
Not worth the time
So dissapointed in this app! It started off good with getting a message from one of the specialists, and then after that I couldn't get a response on a time sensitive matter no matter what I did. I could see the person was active and online, but they wouldn't message me back. Feels like they only responded once to get you interested, then their customer service becomes non existent.

Not suggested if you need a quick response
Overall the advice given was useful but too late. The response time was more than 2 days (multiple times) and then once you did finally get a response, I had to wait another day or two for a response to my reply. I ended up having to seek help elsewhere, because if your account is hacked, you must act quickly. In addition, the away message was not updated when I signed up. I joined on Friday, July 5th at 9am. The tool said response would be within a few hours. However, no one was working that day and I didn’t get a response until late in the day on Monday.

This app is a scam - they take your money
I downloaded this app in May 2024 I signed up for a free 7 day trial and cancelled the trial within 24 hours of starting it. Within the next few weeks I was charged 9.99 usd twice. I tried emailing them multiple times to ask why I was being charged weeks after I'd cancelled my subscription which I could prove and got no response. I ended up having to dispute the transactions through my bank. Now, in July 2024 I have been charged again. Do not enter any of your personal details in this app and don't subscribe to anything. Sounds dodgy to me.

Pretty useless
Instagram was hacked - initial bot provided advice was better than than insta help centre (which is beyond useless) - never received a reply that wasn’t a bot automated response - ‘talk to experts = messages left unread for over a week, still no response’ REMEMBER TO CANCEL AFTER 1 WEEK TRIAL.
