Nothing comes up when I search for a stock

Paid for Pro - no change on app
Paid to upgrade. No change to app. Has been a few days. Deleted and downloaded 4 times no help. No way to contact customer service in app.

App not that helpful since I can’t use it with all the advertisements for upgrading to Pro/ never got pass this

The free version has ads but the low cost paid version is ad free. Hope this helps!
