As far as the developer stock response goes, i have went though thousands of hands through hand history and the math and percentages are not even close to what the should be. I would go through my entire hand history except i have not be able to obtain it through the garbage customer service this site provides. Your independent audits are meaningless when i have first hand experience. I don’t feel like i have been treated different from any other customer, i know everyone is experiencing the same nonsense. and countless reviews saying similars things proves my point. I have many friends who have played and experienced the same thing. Next time try writing an individual response instead of some stock garbage. It might look more credible.

Customer service is trash
This is not poker!
i encourage everyone to go through the garbage hand history this site provides and check this for yourself. See how many times 80%+ favorites lose post flop. If you don’t know the math you will have to use a poker calculator, because the video hand history does not provide the percentages. Also the hand history only goes back 100 hands, so you have to do this many times to get anything resembling a real percentage, but the more you do it the more you will see how off the math is. I get that the site makes money off of rebuys and bigger rakes, but i don’t understand how this can be beneficial. The argument that you see more hands and therefor you see more bad beats can easily be disproved when you go through your history and see how hands actually play out and how often bad beats(80% or greater) actually occure. Obviously hands that don’t get called to the river can’t be included and you can only use this calculation on hands that complete, but if you start keeping track of stats like how often 80%+ hands lose post flop, you will most likely find the math and percentages are not even close to where they should be. There are so many anomalies in this game and i’m just pointing out one that can be tracked. I will also add that the customer service is a complete joke.
