Continuously improving
Over time I’ve seen this app improve quite a bit, and it seems to be improving constantly. At first it was a bit rough around the edges but lately it’s been working like a charm. They also added an on demand wash and fold service which I’ve used 4 or 5 times now, and the turnaround time has been consistently around 4 hours. Pretty innovative company and I think that the product and service will continue to improve 👌Show lessjaycxty9987
DO NOT USE
If you got one of the flyers in the mail just throw it away. Service literally does not work. They claim it’s a 4 hour turnaround time once you place an order but it’s really “4 hours after it is picked up by the drivers” which can take 2 hours. That is a direct quote from the Chief Support Officer or AI bot. The app tells you the driver picked up your clothes when they really haven’t and then when the driver calls you 2 hours later they have no idea where you are and ask for your address. Pray to God Your Apt Building Doesn’t Use This
Terrible app that routinely has bugs & technical issues. Machines break down routinely. Response time from customer service is good, but they will ignore any genuine feedback you have.
Most importantly, this service provides 0 added benefit or functionality! I would 100% rather use Apple Pay on the machines instead of going through an entirely separate (glitchy) app. Terrible idea symptomatic of the “Uber for blank” tech age.Show lessThumb:0

Needs improvement
2 things I think would improve the user experience:
•Notifications when a cycle is complete.
•Since I live in a different building than our laundry room, it would be great to see on the app if machines are available before I head over.jesuit jason
Great service, very fast
Tumble was very responsive with picking up my clothes and got it back to me the same day within a few hours. Was a super easy process and they were really responsive. Was super convenient and I’ll definitely use them again.Aman 213
I Called it !
I was weary of this app and the whole system and how it handled our money , methods of payments, quality of machine service , and customer service and customer relations.
Since using the app I’ve been hack. , money stolen from cards , skims and schemed. Machine didn’t work after money was charged from payment method. And refunds refused…
