Machine status inaccurate
Status of washers and dryers in my building is not accurate—I still have to walk to the laundry room to see if machines are available. I need to change my password but I never receive a link to change it. I’m off to the laundromat which I hate but it is better than dealing with this app. The machines in this building are smaller than the ones they replaced—another annoyance.Show lessDisgusting.
Their washers never work. Don’t spent your time.Clean interface, easy to use 👌🏼
I’m actually happy with this service, it’s a significant upgrade over using quarters. There’s also an on demand wash and fold component which is pretty incredible, comes out to slightly over $1 per pound. Clothes come back washed and folded in like 3 hours, feels like using Uber or DoorDash. Tumble is on to something and they keep improving it and adding new stuffShow lessPoor app support
This seems to be a new app that is still working out its flaws. I was locked out of the app and there seems to be no way to reset your passcode. Maybe there is, but I attempted to speak to their support staff and was never given an answer on how to reset my passcode. For the moment I will have to find other ways to do my laundry! :(Show lessTrash
Unnecessary and stupid. Let me use cashLove this app!
I have used the laundry pick-up service on this app twice now and I can’t tell you how convenient this service is. The pick-up and delivery is managed through DoorDash, so it’s a similar process to how food is delivered. The driver shows up at my door, I hand them the laundry bag, and in a few hours, I get delivered clean and folded laundry! I have a washer and dryer, so this is something I have used for when I just didn’t have the time to do laundry on my own. Really convenient service! I would recommend 100% for those on the go and/or just don’t have the time to mess with laundry. The service is convenient and quick.Show lessCharged Twice
I got charged twice LMore expensive service for less favorable results
My building recently switched to this service & while positing it as a convenient update from our last laundry, as a resident I’m not impressed. Firstly with the new machines came with a $1-$1.50 price jump for washing & drying cycles. Secondly, the app’s “machine availability” feature simply shows when a machine’s cycle has completed- not whether the machine is actually empty and available to use. One would assume that the if the app has the capability to know when a machine’s timer is done, it could also know if the machine’s door has been opened thus signaling that the clothes have been removed. Many times I have began laundry based on the app’s machine availability only to find that every ‘available’ washer still has clothes in it.Show lessworse app i had been used
message dont reply u anythingThis is so useless
I want to pay for my laundry with quarters. I’m sick of companies cramming a smartphone app into every aspect of daily life. I SHOULDN’T NEED A SMART PHONE TO WASH MY CLOTHES!
