Amazing recipe plans - easy to use
I love this app. Finally found a food plan that’s helping with my hypertension, weight, and cholesterol. I also like that it’s backed by significant research with sound methodology, which makes it credible. I am someone who hates cooking and eating healthy food but due to a recent health scare, I've needed to modify my diet significantly. The recipes are easy to make and delicious, making the transition to eating clean much easier.

Medchefs has shifted my perspective on what it takes to live a healthy life. By focusing on eating the right quantities of healthy foods (fruits, veggies, legumes, and high fiber rich foods) I’ve lost weight consistently and sustainably, my digestive system functions better, I have more energy and my immune system is thanking me. The recipes are exceptional (my family and friends love them too), the podcasts are informative and I’ve fallen in love with the experience of cooking as an act of love for myself. My goal was to get and live “healthy” and I’ve gained that along with so much more. It’s a mindset of loving myself enough to live my healthiest life as I age. This app is a game changer for me!
