If you’re looking for a way to pass time or to cure your boredom, this is a great game. All the levels are entertaining and I could play this game for hours, but I have a few complaints. Firstly, I know mobile apps have to have ads to make money, but there are still far too many. There’s practically an advert after every level, and if they were short I wouldn’t mind-but they’re all at least 30 seconds long, which is ridiculous. My other complaint is about the clues. Not only are they expensive considering you get 10 coins every time you complete a level, but I feel like sometimes they aren’t useful. Adding a clue that maybe gives you a hint as to the theme of the level like in a crossword may be good, but I’m pretty sure the dingbats company aren’t going to take advice from some random person like me.

  • 3 long ads per game! }:-(

The game is fun enough, but it will exhaust you with ads before, during and after every game — sometimes back-to-back ads. And many of the ads are 30-45 seconds. Considering a round of play can take as little as a second or two, waiting 30-60 seconds to play another round is grueling.

Worse, the ads sometimes cover the keyboard! Espresso still, many of the add lock up the game and you have to close the app and reopen to get back where you were.

They are obviously trying to make it so obnoxious that you pay for the ad-free version. I found it to be so obnoxious that I moved on to other games with FAR fewer ads.

  • Don’t waste your time

The app looks nice and performs well… when you aren’t watching an ad 80% of your time in the app. The first 10 levels lull you into thinking that you only are going to watch ads if you want bonuses (coins, “power ups”, etc) but once you finish your first 10 levels every level thereafter forces you to watch an ad regardless of what you do. They should just market the game ad the price to remove ads instead of pretending it’s a fun & playable game for free.

Tl;dr - don’t waste your time unless you like spending 15 seconds on a puzzle and the next 30 watching an ad for every level.

  • Excellent implementation

I've looked for this style of word game for a long time, and I'm thrilled that I found this. A big thanks for adding a purchasable remove ads option, as they are overwhelming without purchase but a lot of developers don't add the premium option to purchase.
Gameplay is slick, puzzles are varied and have challenges, and the UI is seamless from my play. I've sunk hours in and am wholly addicted. Keep the updates and puzzles coming, this is a great game.

  • Frustrated!

I wish I could love this. It cheats me out of specials and bonuses and perks every time I am about to receive big even perks after watching videos too. It closes itself out which is usually when I am in the middle of specials and bonuses and perks for completions and then I do not get my perks either. Like just tonight in 30 minutes it has closed/shutdown plus the glitches about 15 times. I have restarted my phone, checked if it needed updated for and no it did not, checked the game see if it had an update and no there wasn’t, tried playing with wifi, tried playing without connection to wifi and nothing changes it still does it and mainly when I am getting a big perk or something. This has been goin off and on for 3 days now. I really like this game and want to love it due to this just closing out the entire app just shuts down and disappears like I had not even opened it or have been playing it not to mention the glitches too. Please fix it and so it won’t cheat me out of things anymore and so I do not have to keep opening it back up every second! Thanx Bex

  • Paid for ad removal… still shows ads

I purchased the IAP to remove ads. Still showing advertising between each puzzle. Restore purchases doesn’t fix it.
Will request a refund if no solution is found soon.
  • Too many ads

I get you want to make money but be more reasonable. This is a joke
  • Too. Many. Ads.

I’m here to echo everyone else's criticism on the ad front. It’s a well-developed and we’ll-conceptualized game with one huge flaw: for every puzzle that takes you anywhere from 3-20 seconds to solve, you have to sit through an ad that is a two phase skip that if you don’t hit exactly correctly to close, pops up the App Store. I’m generally ok with an ad every three levels, and normally will buy the ad-free package if I like a game enough, but this feels like the developers are trying to annoy you into buying the package but ultimately it’s just not entertaining enough to sit through that much annoyance. I’m on level 26 and most of my time in this game has been sitting through ads, not actually playing this game. It’s an immediate delete from me. Please figure out a sensible balance between monetizing your platform and losing your users.

  • Fake ad advertised something that the game is NOT

Fake ad for the game made it look like it was a hangman style word game. I get into the game to find it’s just word puzzles. Would’ve loved the game for the concept that it is if it was presented that way but I was lied to by a fake ad and didn’t get the game I thought I was getting so immediately uninstalled.

  • Please Add Some New Levels!!

I loved this game when I first started playing it. It was challenging enough to keep me interested but not too challenging to the point I gave up. Once I finished all the available levels though, it gave me a message that more levels were coming soon. That was almost a month ago and even after doing the updates there are still no new levels. It’s just disappointing to finally find a game that I really enjoy only to have it end way too soon.
