Very good game but sometimes it won’t let you click the check mark for the guest to get their order thus got to retry without passing and not enough guests so got to pay to retry

Level 28
It’s impossible to get on to the next level after level 28 for free. Even after all advertisements. You need 9 guests to serve but you have only 6-7
Nice game but upgrade to costly
The diamond expense vs diamond revenue is to big an forces you to either spend a lot of cash or waste a lot of time watching ads
Good game, too many adverts
The game play is good and the levels can be completed. The only issue is recently you now get an advert after every level - this is too much, please reduce them.

This is a good game, it’s starts off well but as you move up the upgrades are ridiculous, it costs 30 to 100 gems or more for one upgrade making upgrades impossible unless you are willing to spend a lot of money, if they fixed that it would be an amazing game 🥺
Money grab
I like these types of games, but I am so tired of the money grab from these developers. This new “update” basically has monetized things that were free before. They added this “piggy bank” that takes the bonuses that you’ve earned and puts them in a bank and gives you the option of buying the bonuses. I will be deleting this ASAP. Also, all the upgrades are so outrageously priced. Take my advice, don’t download if you’re not willing to spend about $20-50 to pass the entire hotel.

On game 12 one plays and is cut off in about 15 seconds and another ad for over a minute. Wasting time with long ads. Please correct
