Was really enjoying this game but some levels are impossible even using 2 boosts, energy refresh and magic hat! Will be deleting

Highly addictive game
Good fun, totally addictive, easy to level up and not too long to wait between energy levels renewing.
Game freeze
Made it two hotels in and finished those, started Villa Flora hotel and suddenly once you start first level nothing happens. No customers, no nothing, clock timer just starts ticking down. Have tried reloading game and still nothing.
After the 3rd hotel nothing works
This game started out great. I loved it. I got to the Netherlands hotel and nothing happens. No guests come, the timer is ticking away but literally nothing happens. Donโt waste your time or money on this one folks.
Villa Flora Hotel has a major glitch in level 7
Iโm on Villa Flora hotel level 7 and the customers do not come into the hotel. I tried to replay it several times with the same results. Itโs no way to win or even play the level due to no actual customers. Iโve emailed with no response. I was enjoying the game until this point....

Game play
Just made it to Vegas which is the second hotel. So far it is fun have to have a strategy to get everything done and watch the ads for money and diamonds.
Problem
There is a problem with this game it keeps chucking you off so you have to reload it very annoying. Otherwise itโs a good game.
