Good game
I like this game as it keeps me busy and always planning my next move.
One small criticism, when you ask many things of the porter or receptionist to keep up with the task, the game is slow to respond, or does not respond at all.
This can mean if your not keeping an eagle eye on everything you can lose the level. Maybe consider upgrading another porter or receptionist after a certain time.
Also it takes a long time to upgrade items, if you have earned them, they should be available immediately or within a short space of time, not hours later in some cases.
Otherwise great game, have just started the Netherlands level, cannot wait to see how it goes
