I love this app. I used it to stay in no contact. It’s a great app to see how far you have come every time you persevere and get through one more day. After a while I started using the app to keep myself motivated to stay away from looking at my ex’s social media. It’s great at keeping you motivated to stay on track.

I could have not stayed silent without this. It has given me a reason to say to myself that it is ok to let my ex Robert go onto his new life with his ex girlfriend. I still have self worth and I can forgive him.

I installed this app a few days ago after split up with my girlfriend of four days up to this point, and I’ve always listens to Lusia about the new contact rule which is what I am doing right now.
As everybody knows, you just want to send him a text I’ll give him a call which is a no no, and I’m not going in the army hehehe
This app has helped me over the last few days when I keep hitting that panic button I’ll get words of encouragement and what definitely not to do.
Also, the fun part is to manifest a message from your other half which I find very relaxing and comforting but can also be quite emotional.
Great pricing rates as well and very helpful and might even buy the book but would like a audible book if possible as I hate reading books.

A must for folks in no contact!
I use this in conjunction with listing to Lucia, It’s amazing how the times correspond with what she teaches. I love the options also of the mediation and the panic button and the loop you can listen to all night long to re program yourself! Also her one on one coaching is wonderful 😀 I’m now living my best life!

Life saving
Made all the mistakes. I BROKE UP WITH HIM! But I lost it when he moved on immediately. Lucia helped me get my dignity back. This app kept me sane. I look at it less and less. But I pressed that panic button several times a day 3-4 weeks in. Worth paying for the 60 days you need the most help. I’ve recommended it to friends. I’m in 55 days and I’m looking forward to seeing the ring closed. I got one hang up exactly 21 days in from him but that’s it. But oh well I remember why I broke up with him in the first place. Listen to her YouTube channel too.
