Lucia has saved me. I cannot thank her enough
I have discovered her YouTube channel weeks ago and downloaded her app Silenzio immediately. I was very skeptical, initially, but I cannot thank her enough. I was in a very asymmetrical relationship wherein the guy took me for granted and treated me like a doormat. I listened to Lucia’s videos several times and she is 100% spot on. She is a genius. Her theory is accurate and yet very simple. I have gone into no contact and he is begging me.

i LOVE Lucia
Prior to this app Lucia has been there for me in spirit lol so many times. i love her soothing voice, how down to earth and knowledgable she is, i automatically put on her podcasts at night an listen until i fall asleep and if i so happen to wake during the night shes still playing and giving amazing advice, love how all episodes are up and just plays the next automatically...and i was happy to learn of the app. i love the guided meditation to manifest a text, the option to record affirmations and the panic button for a little support. although i dont see myself using the app regularly its one of those things where listening to lucia on her podcasts makes you automatically want the app because its just extra support you feel like with the app you can be the best soldier possible lol not sure if you are reading this lucia but thanks for all you do and i will be purchasing a one on one soon currently in no contact and boy this is a doozy love the app:)

I squally use a timer but this shows a clock like timer for DAYS! Not minutes! It goes backwards until day 60! I love it! It allows a button to hear her say and tell you “don’t contact him…” you can even make up your own button too I think! Even comes with a meditation video!!! I love it!!!! I don’t like apps but this one wow

Fantastic app with a panic button!
I finally found no contact app with a panic button. When you feel like you want to break the no contact rule you can hit the giant red panic button and you will hear motivational words from Lucia encouraging you to not break the no contact rule. Great app.

Finally an app with a counter for no contact. So far this is really a helpful app and I’m extremely grateful for it.
Amazing and helpful
Love how it keeps track of how many days you’ve been in no contact and if you get close to breaking no contact the panic button will be there for you whenever you need it! I’m also loving the meditation 😉😁

Huge Help!
I’m such a visual person and this app helps greatly with maintaining no-contact. The Pamic Button has likely saved me a couple of times so far.
