Doesn't track packages

The application doesn't seem to have the ability to refresh package status. It certainly doesn't do this automatically, and there's no option in the very minimal (buggy) UI, either. It's able to retrieve the status once, when you add the package, but doesn't update after that, even on restarting the application. As such, it's not fit for purpose. I expect a package tracker to actually track packages.

Hi Anahata108, I am very sorry to hear that the app was not working for you! It sounds like you may have used a tracking number that is not compatible with the app. I am working on adding more helpful error messages that should help with this situation. It may also be that the tracking number was in the "label created" state, which I have found can take some time to update. Again, I will try to make this status more clear in a future update, as I understand the current user experience can be frustrating. Thank you for your feedback, and I hope that you will consider trying the app again in the future once I have made these updates.

Slow to update. Some status states (like "out for delivery“), don't display at all.

No Amazon?

That's a problem. Two stars because it does a good job with FedEx. Unfortunately 90% of my packages are Amazon.

Promising

"Data not collected" is the best entry to see in the privacy section. Current subscription prices are very affordable. Looking forward to this app maturing to 5 stars (auto ordering options, carrier indicators, etc).

I like that this app doesn't collect user data (based on app privacy report).

An app that respects my privacy, and does a reasonable job of tracking packages (fedex works for example, unlike some other apps)?

There is no way to contact the developer in the app nor on his website. There is no Contact Developer button in the App Store.

Awesome app

Awesome app. No need to go through all the sign in/ up process, it’s very easy to use. And notifies me when my packages are delivered before FedEx/UPS /USPS updates their statues.

Nice looking but better options

I looked for a privacy focused tracking app but found that despite hitting that mark it was too expensive. I paid for the “track 3 packages” thinking it would allow me only three at a time. This is fine for someone who doesn’t get that much. However it was not a cap but rather 33 cents per package. The yearly subscription of $3 seems high for a service that is free from the carriers themselves.

Decent looking UI, privacy focused, but the payment models were unclear and $3 per year seems high when compared to what other yearly subscription apps charge(Carrot weather for example)
