App use for maintenance
This app is actually quite good except for choosing a date. The calendar showed the wrong month and you can’t ‘deselect’ if you chose the wrong date. You have to start all over again. Probably a bug IT could fix. Otherwise very convenient.

App needs follow up sometimes
The app is convenient for easy to explain small issues but when it’s something you can’t see or take a photo of it’s easier to explain to someone in person

unfair game
This corporation buys neighborhood houses, then rent them out. how a middle class person is gonna compete with a corp on an offer bid. Welcome to US laws of the jungle. People don’t have kids. They’re gonna rent their entire life to corps like this one.

We just signed an additional two-year lease on top of the three we have already been with this company. They are respectful responsive, and always assist us in taking good care of the property everyone from Diane in our local office to the repair person or technicians that assist us have been fantastic and very supportive.
