Follow up on maintenance work done

There should be follow up calls on the work orders after the work is completed. Iโ€™ve been having the same issue and itโ€™s never been resolved after 3-4 times of having a contractor come to fix the problem. Itโ€™s been like this for our dryer issue, refrigerator, and broken pipes/leaking.

Itโ€™s a pleasure to be in a invitation Home and have everything included in a bundle. Plus and it truly is a plus to have the IH App, along with the Maintenance Application. If something comes up like an A/C issue or a Plumbing issue or even a Lawn Maintenance issue, you go to the an open request for the services needed and they address the problem immediately and assign it a case number and within the same day they get back with you to set up a schedule to complete the task or repair within the specified time to your satisfaction. Itโ€™s truly a delight to live in an Invitation Home. Thanks, Allen Brooks

Useless App

I havenโ€™t even been able to use the app ever since it randomly logged me out (why??) and when I tried to log back in it says โ€œwe donโ€™t have an account that matches that emailโ€ which is so funny because I have literally used the app previously and the booking confirmations are all sent - guess where - to the email address that allegedly does not have an account. Thatโ€™s an issue on your end, not mine. But Iโ€™m so happy to have a reason to not use the app anymore because back when I was logged in, it was a nightmare! Thereโ€™s no categories listed that make sense for my issues, so I called the support number and asked their advice. I followed their instructions and then when the maintenance worker showed up he yelled at me for not filling out my requests properly - even though I did it exactly as the support agent told me to! Not worth the hassle, it would be SO MUCH easier and faster to just explain the issue to a real human and skip the app entirely. That way the maintenance worker shows up prepared and thereโ€™s less back and forth and rescheduling. If I could I would take off another star.

Let me start out by saying I wish there was 10 stars I could rate Francisco Leal! His service was amazing and he was very helpful. He came in and got the job done and made sure the problem was fixed before he left. Thank you so much for fixing my washer I appreciate your service.

Response time is horrible

Before we moved into our home one of the toilets was clogged. We submitted a request and someone came out a week later and basically did nothing as it never unclogged. We placed another request as the toilet is clogged and the soonest someone can come out is over a month laterโ€ฆ what a major inconvenience and unsanitary. Absolutely disliking the response time!

Maintenance Issue

Ben from Invitation Homes fixed our maintenance issues on 6/3/22. He did a great job and took the time to make sure everything was working properly for us. Great customer service from him!!

Great App

So far has been a great experience with the app. Place a request for something minor to be repair and they quickly dispatch someone. I have had a few times where I was able to get a better date then them but it is not their fault as all of them were times other customer cancel. Everything is quick and easy and I enjoyed seeing the progress update.
