Contact number doesn’t work
We had a question about a previously submitted work order and used the phone number provided in the app. “Not receiving calls at this time”. Why have a number listed that doesn’t work?

Any issue which is always minor Mauricio Rivera comes and takes care of it and is very nice and explains everything. Doesnt rush through he takes his time and assures the issue dont reoccur.
Place of 1000 fees
I have been with invitation homes 4 years and every year they add new fees. 10 bucks to pay your water bill. I don’t need them to pay my water bill but its not an option. 35 dollars if i forget my trash can or it blows across the street. 100 bucks if your rent is late. Even if they wont respond about a new fee . 10 buck for a air filter and i have never got the right one. I paid 300 dollars to get a tree removed that died in storm. But they wouldn’t reimburse me for it because i should have let them do it. However they charge me 35 dollars for the hoa notice. I pay an extra 50-100 dollars each month for fees . They raise the rent every year. They are not a good company . Try to get ahold of them is just 30 min on the phone and then your sent to a voice mail. And they dont call you back. I would suggest renting from them. Look them up they are in trouble for there practices and how they treat there renters . When i rented they said they had stone countertops, then i was told they would put them in but 4 years later not done. If something breaks they come fix it but half the time they charge you for it.

Unable to access my account
When I try to sign in or change my password, I get a message saying “We don’t have an account matching that email. Please try again or create a new account.” When I try to use the sign up button with the same email address, it gives me a notification saying “This email is in use at multiple locations.” My oven has been broken for months now, and at this point I’m unsure of what else can be done

I put an order in for my heat and they came out on the day that was set and notified me when they were on the way. Once here they did the job, cleaned up and made sure everything was working properly before they left and did it in the most professional way i ever seen. Thanks maintenance man lol

Invitation homes response time is to maintenance request is good. I recommend there homes for renting above and beyond other agencies.
