Finally!
Been waiting for this app for a while now! So much easier to interface than over the phone. Great to provide notes and photos of the issue so it gets resolved quickly. I think people are really going to like this.

I am so glad that there is now a way to avoid the weekend doofuses who answer the phones for maintenance on weekends and get the whole situation so screwed up. I am glad there will now be a record of
