HOW IT WORKS TriPass Standard & Premium • Select the type of your pass that suits you best (Standard, Premium and Build Your Own) Children under 5 do not require a Pass because it will be cheaper for you to pay the individual admission fees for them at each site than to buy a Pass. • TriPass Standard is valid for 3 days, Premium is valid for 5 days. • Purchase your TriPass online and your digital pass will be ready to use immediately. We accept VISA and MasterCard. • To use TriPass, download TriPass Istanbul app or go to mobil website (www.tripass.com.tr) and log in with your order number or e-mail address. • Your pass will be activated after your first use at an attraction and it will automatically expire at the end of your chosen duration. • TriPass Standard & Premium gives you only once free entrance per museum, attraction or sightseeing tour. (Discounts may be used more than once) • Always check the opening hours of museums and attractions, especially on national & public holidays and during low season. • To use your TriPass Card, always be ready to show it to the staff at the kiosk or the entrance of the museum or attraction. • Please note that TriPass and Public Transportation card is non-refundable in case you lose or do not use it. Build Your Own Pass • With BYO Pass, you can select the attractions and services in advance and visit them over 60 days. • Purchase your BYO Pass online and it will be ready to use immediately. We accept VISA and MasterCards. • To use BYO Pass, download TriPass Istanbul app for Android or iPhone and log in with your order number or e-mail address. • Your BYO Pass will be activated after the purchase and expire in 60 days. • Always check the opening hours of museums and attractions, especially around national public holidays and during low season. • Always be ready to show the QR code to the staff at the kiosk, or at the entrance to the museum or attraction. • Our Risk Free Guarantee gives you 30 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a full refund. TriPass Lite • Subscribe to TriPass Lite and get it for free. • To use TriPass Lite, download TriPass Istanbul app for Android or iPhone and log in with your order number or e-mail address. • Show your discount/promotion code (Find it in “Use Your TriPass” in the app) to the cashier to get your discount/promotion for the selected spot. • You can use the discounts/promotions simultaneously for others in the family. • Discounts can be used more than once and for more than one person. • TriPass Lite discounts are valid for both cash and credit or debit card payments.
