Hello there. Thanks for your feedback. We understand that the contact feature may be hidden and we'll work towards making that more visible. At the moment, if you go to the profile tab (the last tab, just after the notifications tab) and tap on the settings ⚙︎ icon, you'll be taken to a page where you'll see some options. One of those options is "Send us feedback". When you click that option, you'll be able to send us feedback or ask questions via email.
