Minor Bug
The app is great, except for one issue: Whenever I try to move notecards to a new set, the screen goes entirely gray. I hope they resolve this issue.
Crashes as soon as it’s opened
Repeats continually, don’t know why, have restarted my phone and redownloded app to no avail, will fix rating when it works
good but scanner isn’t working anymore
this helped me study a lot but the scanning option to scan my notes isn’t working anymore :/
None of the features I need
Overall, for my purposes at least, Five Star is pretty unhelpful. Below are the two features that would’ve made this app worthwhile:
- Use OCR to digitize notes so that they are searchable and to create flashcards (tiny images are hard to read - it would be more helpful if Five Star mirrored Quizlet’s document scanning tool)
- Add a learning mode in addition to flashcards where you write out the answer to each term
- Get good PDF quality like something like Scannable so notes are actually legible

Love it, but…
I just got this app and I absolutely love it so far. The only thing I wish is that it would keep the color on the page like when I highlight things on the page myself when doing notes in school!

I always use five star note books so when I saw the commercial on youtoube I was so excited to download it and see what it was about and let me tell you ,if you want to pass all over your test and you like technology download now!

Really helpful to get your brain memorized to stuff. Especially since you have to take tests it’s easy practice. Overall great app for school.
