App troubles
I’m having the same problem as the other person who commented. I signed up to create an account, but when I try to log in, I’m sent to the log in page again. No access to my account or the use of the app. 👎🏻
App not working
No way to login. The app keeps making you reset the password & then says “account not found”. This app needs to be fixed.
Did you guys even test the app before launch?
Logins don’t work. Database doesn’t work. Everything doesn’t work on the app. This is a very seriously bad app experience.
Cannot login
It’s like a Twightlight Zone zone episode. Once you login in the app loops you back promoting you to login in again … and again …
Can’t sign up
Went through the steps to create an account. Then it said, my password was wrong!
Won’t let you get passed the log in stage
I installed the app after my first trip to Cobs. I’ve set up an account, but after I log in … it just takes me back to the log in page. I’ll try to download it again after someone fixes this
Cannot login
The update will not allow me to login. Says my email credentials are wrong even though it’s the same one I’ve always used

I should have listened to the other reviews. I signed up today because I have started going to Cobs since they opened in my neighbourhood. I keep trying to sign in and end up back at “Get Started”. Someone needs to look into this.

Just tried logging in after this update and it won’t allow me to. Same story as the other reviews. Clicked on forgot password, was sent a verification code, which I entered and then it says it doesn’t recognize my email. I’m done.
