Been trying to login the 30 minutes
What a waste of time. I should have read all the previous reviews before going the process of re-entering all my information and creating a second account that in the end wouldn’t allow me to login. I can’t even give the app less then a one star rating. #%&@!!!!!
Worst app EVER!!!!
Constantly logged out and when you do log in password always needs to be reset. It’s a vicious circle. Customer support non existent.
Terrible App Refresh
Ever since Cobbs upgraded their app this year I cannot login without entering my new password. I cannot save the new password to my stored passwords. Terrible refresh to the app and I have deleted the app and will go back to using the phone number in the store to access my account.
Login broken

Why Does an App Update Break Access
Installed the new app and when I tried to log in, it reported that my password was incorrect - which it wasn’t.
Had to go through the “reset my password” routine just to log in again.

Thanks for sharing your concern with us. We use Google Analytics to understand app usage. We also may share device IDs with 3rd party advertising. Rest assured, we do not share any of your personal information.
Not logging in after update
I clicked on forget password, got the verification code, got a confirmation that my address is verified and when I tried to update my password it says that a user with my email cannot be found. This is the worse update. I have been buying products without actually collecting any points because I can’t log in

Terrible update
Completely unable to reset password after multiple attempts. Kept going around in circles.
App broken
Another useful app has been broken by updates and the promise of a new experience. Now it is no experience.
