New App wants me to allow them to use my personal info
I went to. Obvs to tell them the new app won’t let me on app unless I give them permission to use my personal information, they gave me instructions to fix it…still won’t let me use app unless I give them my personal info

Awful Change
Have followed prompts in updating app and password. No issues on getting verify code in email but even after changing password I find myself in a infinite loop that seems to accept login information (including new password) but never actually logs me in! Kicks me back to “lets get started” Ugh!
Useless
New app doesn't work. This is what happens when you use incompetent programmers. If you don't know what you're doing, leave the app alone!
Poor update to the app
The Cobs App used to be fabulous. It worked seamlessly. The update does not. The scan does not work most of the time. And the app keeps asking me to upgrade to the new app and change my password - which I have done 4 times now. Tonight when I went to Cobs - it again prompted me to do it yet again. Exceedingly frustrating. I am unable to update my phone number in the app profile page and when I contacted Cobs was told they cannot either. So the scsn does not work most of the time so I am forced to use my phone number except it's an old number. So if is given to someone else ...??? Not impressed.

Fire your app development team
There’s no way any app can log you out this many times. Purchased 25 items last week and it logged me out 3 times in one day.
Password Reset Broken
The forced password change on update was one thing. But after many repeated attempts I still haven’t received an email verification code to make the change. COBS and the developer really need to figure this out. No bread for me!!
Reset does work
I have tried 2 days in a row and don’t get a verification code. If I do it’s no problem valid. Very disappointing. Verification code is supposed to come within 5 minutes never happens.
This new app
This app does not work and I’m not impressed. They need to fix this asap. I’m so frustrated with everything on this app. It sucks
Horrible revamp, can’t login
Says my password wasn’t correct when it was. When I reset, and retried, tells me my email doesn’t exist or my password incorrect :) A shame, but doesn’t make me want to go back to Cobs Bread anymore
