  • I am in LOVE

Monument Valley and its sequel are fantastic games! The puzzles vary from easy to difficult. Some required me to set the game aside for a day and come back with fresh mind and eyes so that I could think further outside the box.

I also like the simple story. And, I loved the story in the sequel. I hope the studio comes out with something else. I usually don’t do this, but I actually recommended these games to irl friends. They are that good!

  • Stunning, soothing, whimsical game

Yet another review from someone who doesn’t normally write reviews. I was compelled to because of how beautiful and clever this game is. The graphics are wonderful, the story telling lovely and imaginative. The totem friend only embellishes the whole story - I was delighted every single time he made an appearance!

While it’s no more than 2-3 hrs of game time, it is well worth your time. One of the most beautiful games I’ve played on an iPhone.

  • Cool but ended fast

Where’s the level where her hat got blown off???
  • ⭐️ Amazing ⭐️

‼️May contain minor spoilers for the game

I barely ever write reviews on any apps at all, but I just had to review Monument Valley. I remember playing this game when I was younger, and coming back to playing when I grew older is one of the best decisions I’ve made. The games visuals are simple but stunning in a way you usually don’t see in mobile games, and the puzzles were simple but fun and engaging to play over and over again. Most importantly, when I played this game when I was younger, I barely payed any attention to the storyline and character interactions, but they honestly make the game. Ida’s simplistic but elegant design paired with her story and her ‘Quest for Forgiveness’ give the game a whole new meaning, and the lore is both simple but complex at the same time. Not to mention her interactions with Totem and the spirit are simple but meaningful, all of this while being completely silent. Overall, this is a stunning game that I am glad I came back to rediscover, same goes for Monument Valley 2 as well, and I hope everyone who plays feels the same way.

  • AppleTV please?

This and Monument Valley 2 are in my top 5 games EVER for the iPhone. Gameplay is relaxing, but having to figure puzzles out to help Ida move through her constantly-evolving world are the true genius of these games. With that said, I wish Apple or the developers would adapt this game to work on the AppleTV. These games are on my iPhone and my two M1 Macs (iPad versions), but being able to sit in my comfortable chair and play these games on my 65” TV through AppleTV would be truly amazing.

  • Amazing game and really enjoyable

Honestly I finished the game and monument valley 2 within 2hrs and the reason I kept on playing was the intricate problem solving and the simple bliss of thinking outside of the box literally ,kept me wanting to stay and finish each every level I came across and I’m glad I did.
  • The best mobile game ive ever played

This game was soothing, calming, and vert beautiful. Everything about this game was perfect, the illusions, the trickiness, and the sounds were all perfect i love the way the illusions and mechanics are in this game you have to move the blocks to create illusions that can be walked through and stuff like that and its really satisfying to get it right. Good job ustwo im so excited to playe the sequel

  • Great Puzzler

This game was very challenging yet relaxing to play and rewarding when you finally understand what it takes to complete the board.

I just completed the game in its entirety and now wish I had taken it slower to enjoy it longer. If you love brain teasing puzzle games ,this is definitely worth a shot. Great job devs, I really enjoyed your game.

Ps….. if you like this game and you finish it, last campfire is another great one to try.

  • Elegant, delightful, and gorgeous

This game’s only challenge is it ran out too soon. It’s M.C. Escher art and mechanics are mind ending but as you see the puzzle through the right perspective the solutions are clever and fun.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could!
  • Best game I’ve played

This is arguably the best game I’ve played on my phone. I tend to quickly lose interest in one-player games but this one kept me extremely engaged. The visuals and music are a perfect mix and I couldn’t put it down until I completely every puzzle and expansion.
