Leave a Review Idle Acorns
Great game, but one minor bug
I love this game and the concept of no adds or in app purchases! However, my game will not collect acorns while I am away. Is this supposed to happen? No offline progress
I read the reviews on bugs of no offline progress. Did not believe it at first.
Downloaded the game, played some, got 18 scavengers and 7 food, which should auto generate some acorns.
Went to sleep with 12k ish acorns, wake up next morning, open app, still at exactly the same acorns…..
iPhone 8, iOS 14.7.1, latest game versionShow lessA good premium idle game
Nice minimalist design and good gameplay. I think there’s a little too slow of a curve around the time you need to unlock the cabin and start cooking fish, and the mini games sometimes pay out way way too little at the point in the game I am where I’m cooking my first fish, by by and large the game is good. And since it’s premium you know that nothing about the game is meant to trick you into spending cash on speeding up time. If you like idle games, this is a great purchase.Show lessI am incredibly picky but this isn’t bad
Only 4 star right now till maybe I unlock more or it gets more content however the way it is now is pretty amazing. Usually idle games like these have optional purchases that speed the game up....yea nah nothing of the sort here it’s literally a pure idle game.....if your of the type like me who enjoys just checking up on a game in the evening after work or what have you and just tap a few things or if I’m feeling like it be a bit active. Can’t wait to see what else is in store if anything at all. Otherwise hope you whose reading this enjoys the game!Show lessDeveloper Response
Thank you for the kind review! There is definitely more content in the works, though it is till a little ways off. If you want to keep up with development I am very active in our community Discord server. Either way I am thrilled to hear you enjoy the game, and look forward to getting the next big update out as soon as possible!Limited offline progress
While this is an interesting game there is limited offline progress of 1 hour. Having to open the game once an hour to maximize playtime gets old quick.Love those acorns
A casual idle game with a charming style and a lot of potential. The pace may seem slow, but i feel it works. The game is less about micromanagement and more just checking in on your acorns every so often and steadily unlocking new content. Some aspects are a bit sparse though and I’d love to see more late game content included.
But the developer seems to be quite active and engaged with player feedback. what I’ve seen about planned updates looks very promising. I easily see this being considered a classic idle game within time.Show lessTakes way too long to do anything
So I’ve played this game for a few weeks now, unlocked some real late game stuff and gotten to the point where I’m just waiting for timers, like most idlers. While I wait I find myself I actively avoiding the small stuff like chili roasting, fishing, and even sometimes planting trees because every action takes FOREVER to perform. Fishing takes way too long to reset and start, chili cooking is obnoxiously long in chili’s resetting, and planting trees has so many menu presses it’s frustrating. This game could be a lot more fun but it’s held back by making me not want to play because everything takes way too long.Show lessNo offline progression
It’s an idle game that doesn’t idle. If the app isn’t actually open you don’t get acorns from your scavengers.Fun and challenging - no stress casual game!
Never I really played an idol game before, but this one was a lot of fun. Building out each of the different levels to the max, seeing what new things pop up, and basically just having fun while doing nothing. Pure bliss! Great job on the game!Developer Response
Glad to hear you are enjoying Idle Acorns! Thank you for playing.Meh
I got bored of 5 hour long waiting periods coming one after the other so I messed with my system clock. Now I have negative acorns
