  • Completed Game?

This easily has become a game that I’ll play throughout the work day or when I have some downtime. Yes it can be a bit time consuming but once you get some trees for apples and the red gems maxed you can get a nice flow of free energy, which helps a lot.

Sadly I think I have finished the game because the only quests I have left are the daily quests. I hope more content is coming to the game because I would hate to not play the game anymore.

I appreciate the hard work the developers have put into the game, and hope they continue to do so!

  • Favorite IOS Game!

As someone who hates the mobile gaming culture of adverts, in-app purchases, and money grabs. I found this game to be such a reprieve from wverything else on the appstore. The artstyle is actually so adorable and the gameplay is fun. Merging games are kind of perfect for pick-up and play since you can do it periodically throughout your day. And while the energy thing gets annoying it kinda does feel like the game is stopping me from getting too far too quickly lol. My only qualm with the game is how hard it can be to get secondary items from some sources (like gloves, for example). There should be a way to get them easier such as inverting the odds of primary and secondary resources or something like that. Other than that, great game!!!

  • Great game, late game grindy

I’m level 21 and have enjoyed playing this game when ever I get a few free mins at work. I haven’t really had a problem with the “grind” as it’s the point of the game. I do however have a problem with how infrequent some of the “rare” items come. I’ve reached a point where I need 3 max level rivets or anything of that nature for every other quest. And with how infrequent these items appear it gets really annoying. If I didn’t have to spend weeks trying to collect rivets I wouldn’t have a problem. The rare items should be more frequent the higher the level. These quests also barley reward you for the amount of time spent collecting these rarer items.

I also have a problem with the summoning alter generator. Mine is max level and still produces the same amount as the level one alter.

Overall great game, love the progression and the changes made to the scenery with each quest done.

  • Super fun, but

I’ve had the game a while now and I’m currently level 17. Up to this point I’ve had fun and even in spots where it gets a little grind-y it wasn’t bad because I didn’t have to invest too much time at once. Here’s where the rub is though: I’m out of tasks to do outside of daily tasks and The Usurper and I’m no where near the required level 18 to unlock the next area. I wish there was either better experience given because now I’m just spending all my energy on the barns and the ritual circles with very little experience being given throughout

  • Fun if you are busy.

This game is fun for what it is. It’s something you check on maybe twice to three times a day to do some merging and then forget about it. However, and keep in mind I’m only level 13, it does run out of content pretty quick. I don’t get excited after clearing a quest, wondering what greatness could be ahead.

There is little to no incentive to actually be invested in the game, since there are no real achievements apart from maybe a chest every now and then. I do like the resource/space management since I’ve always been good at it so it’s a nice ego boost.

I think a good addition would be to add certain perks/abilities/idle resource generation/etc. after completing areas, just for an actual incentive. I’m most likely gonna keep playing until I get bored of it, and then just remove it from my phone unless some more interesting stuff gets added. Love the graphics though.

  • Amazingly done

I love love love this game, it’s addictive without being addictive. Let me explain, you can’t just sit there for hours and grind it, but it gives you the satisfaction of prioritizing what quest you want to work on and feeling content with the work you accomplished. Store prices are fair and the energy regeneration is pretty decent compared to other merge games. I needed to come and edit this review because on a sunny Monday morning, I realized the energy recharge resets and so do the boxes in the shop which is honestly fair and kinda cool. Overall? Great game, I can’t get enough of it 😌

  • Energy and recharge rates

People who play games usually want to play them for hours at a time, and this game lets you do that for the first few hours. Once you start to get into the game, the energy restrictions put a serious limitation on your ability to do anything. I haven’t even hit level ten and I’m already at the point to where I can open the game and spend all my energy in just a few seconds before I have to turn the game off and wait two hours for it to recharge. Combined with the fact the “sources” need time to recharge, the game became super stale super fast. I get that you want us to spend money on stuff, but it shouldn’t feel like that’s our only option if we want to enjoy the game at a normal pace. I have already begun to tell my friends who like merge games to avoid this one because of the energy restriction. Please amend this situation so players like me can spend more time in the game enjoying it, and less time being frustrated and angry while waiting for it to be done charging.

Edit: I finally got my first Apple pie in the game after more than a week of collecting Apple cores, only to discover it gives you ONE maximum energy. That is way too low a payout for the amount of work. None of the items are worth what they should be. This is the worst merge game I have ever played.

  • Fun but could be more transparent

It’s a fun game. It turns into a grind pretty quickly, but that’s expected for a F2P mobile game. Waiting for energy to refill isn’t too bad. Spending gems to refill energy is pretty cheap for the first two refills. The biggest incentive to engage with microtransactions is actually to buy coins to expand your backpack. Space management is key to this game.

The biggest frustration I have is with items that produce resources. It’s not clear how long it takes them to fully charge or how many resources an item will produce. You can watch an ad to speed it up to start producing resources again, but doing that only produces 2 or 3 items which isn’t what you would assume. You would assume “speeding up” would get it to a full charge to produce however many resources are in a full charge. And using a max level hourglass which moves things forward 7 hours does the same thing. You only get a few resources instead of what you expect (a full charge) after time moving forward 7 hours.

I hope a future update makes it more transparent how how many resources you get when an item
Is ready to produce, how long it actually takes for an item to be able to produce the maximum amount of resources, what exactly you get from “speeding up” an item, and fix how hourglasses speed up the production. 7’hours should essentially make everything produce the max and not just 2 or 3 items.

  • Ridiculous limit on energy, ad watching simulator

After a short intro to get you hooked, the game severely limits your ability to play it. You need energy just to produce items so you can match them. Then energy fills very slowly and you can only save a small amount.

They do offer a some ads to watch ti get more energy, but these are also severely limited. But honestly even if they increase the number of ads you can watch so you can get more time, lots already basically more an ad watching machine than game.

So, typical greedy devs who choose to try to manipulate people into paying a ridiculous amount of money just to play more than r minutes if the game at a time. Instead of just charging a fair price.

  • Good and Bad..

So, I’m level 9. I like the overall premise of the game however, the game board and storage become cluttered and have stayed that way due to the quests wanting high level merged items…not a biggie except 8 gold and maybe that much in xp as a reward? The number of and variety of generators so early in the game make this even more of a pain as the chests that do give parts to level the variety of generators I have take up a bulk of the board, plus the ones that auto drop important items take up that much more space. The very little amounts of gold received for completing quests do not help as the amount required to upgrade storage make it even more difficult.
The cooldowns on some of the generators are a bit long (maybe get to use them twice a day)
I do hope future updates will at least look at some of this, or find a way to condense some of the excess in the needed generators (which is all of them, as the quests I currently have require combinations of items).
