  • This app is close to perfect

    I’ve used almost every low carb, keto app found and so far this one is my favorite. It still needs a few additions like ability to add photos to your food diary, a GKI calculation after you add glucose and Ketone readings, but I love so much about this app and it’s fast! You’ll love the analysis it provides. Give it a try.

  • Awesome App!

    Perfect for Keto Diet. It keeps me well informed about nutrients in foods. Has helped with finding out what I thought was healthy to eat and it really wasn’t. Love it and I am going to keep on using so I can keep my calories in check also.
  • Awesome app

    This app is extremely user friendly and makes it so easy to keep track of your goals, carbs, and calories.
    Only complaint is they don’t allow you to set custom goals - they only have 3 or so options to choose from. There isn’t an option for carb cycling, which is what I am using it for.
    It’s not a huge deal, as long as you don’t mind being in the red somedays… I know what my goals are, they just differ from the app. It really depends on what you’re using the app for. Overall, I 10/10 recommend!

    Love it! Easy to use. Complete macro charting. Syncs with Apple Watch for exercise data. Love the easy scanning feature. Using App to monitor my keto diet. Perfect!

    Love how the app figures out your net carbs. Perfect for those who are carb counting. Food search is outstanding & the basic app is FREE.

    I love this app it has really helped me a lot. My diet has been much more successful with this handy tool. It is extremely easy to use and it doesn’t take a lot of time to log your meals.

    This app is very confusing and difficult to use. In addition the items on the different screens are all bunched together and difficult to understand. There is too much information.
  • Better than MyFitness Pal

    This app is good for what I need. Doesn’t bombard you with ads like MyFitnessPal does. I only count carbs on my diet. So far so good.
  • This app is the best!

    I’m using the free version and it’s been incredible.
    I was trying to do keto without a tracker before this and it just wasn’t working. Now I can log all my foods and keep track of my macros and calories almost effortlessly. It makes meal planning so much easier! It also has me eating mostly whole foods because they’re easier to track. This feels really good in my body.
    The setup is super easy to use, and the alerts and blogs are very encouraging. It makes dieting feel like a fun challenge instead of a grueling and odious journey. Being able to log my exercise is awesome, and seeing the difference it makes in my net calories for the day keeps me motivated and moving. Weighing in every day also helps me understand the process, and has taught me which kind of meals are best before bed to avoid water retention in the morning.
    I’ve already lost almost 20lbs, halfway to my target weight.
