I’ve been looking for an app to help me become more mindful of my self care, this is the right place. There’s lots of resources on this app and lots of suggestions of what to do. Thank you for all that you do TWLOHA. I have followed TWLOHA since they first became in 2016. They have helped me through so much.

Great way to track!
i’ve found this app super helpful to track my mental health with no special effects or rules, they offer some really good articles in the app and the appearance of the app itself is really pleasant:) i found the app through Propeller and i’m very thankful i’ve found the perfect journaling app!
Excited for the future
I found this app through propellor, and I am so excited to share this through my work. I think this will be such a good app for youth to have to connect and understand that they aren’t alone and others are there to support them as well.

I like the fact that you can journal and if you pick that you’re having a rough day it will give you options of getting help or doing self care!! the suggestions when you click self care are very helpful. I also like that the journaling part gives you a prompt in case you’re not sure what to write about. Overall i like the app!!

Love this app! Helps so much with self care!
Nice app!
I just downloaded this app and immediately felt compelled to record my mood and write about my day. I have poor track record of keeping up with routines and habits but I feel like this could potentially be beneficial. I am currently struggling with some anger issues and it would be helpful to track how I am feeling day to day. I read a few articles and I was really interested in the information provided.

Really helpful
I really love this app—it helps me keep track of my progress with managing my mental health over time. Especially when I’m really down on myself and caught up in my emotions, it really helps that I can go through old entries and see that I’m still getting somewhere. 💛
There’s a bug in the app that keeps throwing me off and I was wondering if it could be fixed in the next update. Any journal entries made on the 30th and 31st days of the the month are not available to open on the calendar view, and sometimes they actually get saved onto to the calendar month view, which can be confusing for tracking mood over longer periods of time.

Easy Use of a Helpful App
So far, the layout and ease-of-use is attractive. I’ve used self-care apps that were overly complicated or counterintuitive, which lead to me not being able to get much from it. However, I can see myself actually using this one for the long term.
Helpful beyond words
The Hopeful app is an incredible tool to support your mental health, especially if you need a guide as to where to start to understand and feel the complicated emotions of today. The app also includes a “find help” section that can allow you to get access to finding a therapist that you may have thought was out of reach financially. Thank you, TWLOHA. 💜
